Q: Why should I do business with Associate Rack ?
A: Our main goal is to make your company more successful and profitable. The main strengths of ARC are centered in the areas of honesty, dependability, ingenuity, determination, productivity, and VALUE. If these items are vitally important to you in selecting a supplier, it would be beneficial for you to allow us to show you our mettle.
Q: What sort of information do you need to design a fixture?
A: The following items are necessary to build a successful fixture.
|
Q: What materials are used in our fixture?
A: Material selection is based primarily on two items, current and chemistry. Amongst other criteria, the current and chemistry are the most critical factors in the equation which help direct us to select the appropriate size and alloy to finish the parts to your specifications. Understand that when we build a fixture, we are guaranteeing that it will work to your standards
Q: What can be done top make our current fixtures more efficient, i.e. less rejects and last longer?
A: These are two separate items but are in close relation with one another. Rejects may be caused by incorrect materials, difficulty in loading and unloading, inability to hold the part correctly, weight or position of part on the rack. These items can also have a direct affect on the life of the rack. For us to recommend areas of improved performance and life cycle, we must take the time to evaluate all aspects of your process before we can provide a viable alternative to your current fixtures. Give us a call and we will send a design and sales engineer to your facility for a not cost evaluation of your problem areas.
